APPOINTMENT BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

You should enter the data of the person who is to visit the Consular Section. If there are several members of a family each should have his/her own appointment.

It is not allowed for one person to get more than one appointment for the same consular service.
Data of those who has got several appointments will be permanently deleted. If you have made some extra appointments by accident, please, delete them using the code you have got.

The printout with the date and time of appointment is not a pass to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
Only those citizens who have data in the database of the consular section of the Embassy on the day of admission are invited on the omitted from the Consular Section.
If you signed up for an appointment more than 2 weeks before the chosen date of visit you should confirm the visit.
A confirmation request will be sent to the e-mail you provided during registration.
Please check the status of the application immediately before visiting the Consular Section of the Embassy.

ALL THE APPOINTMENTS THAT CONTRAVENE THESE RULES WILL BE PERMANENTLY DELETED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
