Recently, there has been an increase in instances of incoming service emails from the online appointment booking system for the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Russia in Poland being blocked to email addresses in the *.com domain, which can lead to problems registering for consular appointments.
To ensure successful registration and receive all necessary notifications, we strongly recommend using email services with .ru or .рф domains.
If you experience email delivery failures to *.com email addresses, we recommend contacting your email service provider to resolve the issue.

Electronic registration
The printout with the date and time of appointment is not a pass to the Consular Section of the Embassy. If you for any reason canceled your appointment or deleted the application from the electronic database, then you need to re-register to visit the Consular Section. Only those citizens who have data in the database of the consular section of the Embassy on the day of admission are invited on the omitted from the Consular Section.
Please check the status of the application immediately before visiting the Consular Section of the Embassy.
