Visa application form

The application form for Australian, Canadian, Georgian. UK and USA nationals when printed out should be in two pages, for all other nationalities- in one page. Kindly set up printing settings on your computer to ensure your application form has all frames and borders and all information can be seen properly.

Please make sure that at the end of your visa application form you will need to choose the location you intend to visit and approximate time/date of submission of your application. If you fail to do so then you may be requested by a visa officer to fill in a new application form.

Upon completion of your application form please print it out, sign it and submit it at the Russian Visa Centre or in person at the Embassy of Russian Federation together with all support documents, payment and passport.
